Hello , and Welcome to Galloway Alpacas. a true move to the country that changed our lifestyle,. 

 You have seen the television programmes, etc, well we have done it, "Albeit haphazard," but  done it and are glad we have,, we did approach t.v.  initially but we did not have enough monies or we're not interesting enough,, but - they know who they are,,,,, !! Yah! boo! to them.. don,t believe all they tell you.... We have been Alpaca farmers since officially 2005 since we moved to Scotland.. and started our own farm, well to be honest small holding.,,..very small..

We initially started off with four alpacas, which we had in livery, we did lose a good female due to lack of selenium, live and learn,,, very sad...

We now have 17 alpacas, tho have sold some,, we do not over promote ourselves. we are a small business, we love our animals, know their worth, it is not a quick get rich scheme,  We tend to listen to judges at shows rather than one fleece composite,, which could be affected by diet.
